Gibbon Rehabilitation Project
The Gibbon Rehabilitation Project is located in the tropical forest surrounding the Bang Pae Waterfall. The project deals in protecting and rehabilitating gibbons. The gibbons happen to be one of the most essential parts in the health of jungle. There are over sixty gibbons under the project presently. The newcomers are taken to the quarantine unit where these animals are both observed and tested in order to find out if they are sick or diseased. After clearing the tests, the gibbons are taken into spacious cages for the sake of observation and for allowing them to get adjusted to nature.
